How can we help?

Find a straightforward answer, look after your Tingly or work out the next step. You don’t need to share intimate details to ask a practical question.

Let’s work through it

Try a few short checks to find a useful next step. Your choices stay in this browser.

I can’t sign in
  1. Check the account email address and the message shown.
  2. Use password recovery if the password is uncertain.
  3. Check the inbox and junk folder for the latest reset message.
  4. If it still fails, note the browser and the message without sharing passwords or reset links.
Help me register a product
  1. Find the private registration code on the card, rather than using the product number.
  2. Check My Products in case the product is already in the account.
  3. For a gift, ask for the original purchase date and review the terms for the product.
  4. If something still fails, keep the product number and the message shown ready; keep the registration code private.
Help with an order or delivery
  1. Check Orders in your account and the order confirmation. If an order is missing from the account, check the email address used for it.
  2. If a dispatch message includes a tracking link, check the latest carrier update and any delivery note, safe-place or collection instructions.
  3. For damage, missing contents or a wrong item, keep the packaging and note what arrived compared with the order confirmation.
  4. For an address change or cancellation, have the order number and requested change ready as soon as possible. A request is not confirmation of a change.
  5. Prepare the order number, checkout email and a short description for an enquiry. Keep payment-card details private and wait for instructions before returning anything.
My product won’t charge or switch on
  1. If the product appears damaged or unsafe, stop using it and ask for help.
  2. Find the charging and first-use instructions for the exact model.
  3. Follow its checks for the supplied cable, connection, charging time and travel lock, where applicable.
  4. If the instructed checks do not resolve it, note what happened and what you tried; do not dismantle the product.

Your account

A few practical shortcuts for getting into your account and keeping your details up to date.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Open Reset your password and enter the email address used for your Tingly account. Check your inbox and junk folder for the reset message. If several reset messages arrive, use the most recent one. Never send anyone your password or reset link.

I can’t sign in. What should I check?

Check the email address and password carefully, including accidental spaces. If you are unsure of the password, use the password-reset option rather than guessing repeatedly. If the problem continues, note the message shown and the device or browser you are using, without sharing your password.

Where can I update my account details?

Open your account to find your account details and saved addresses. Check the address selected at checkout for each order; updating a saved address does not by itself change an order you have already placed.

Why can’t I see an order in my account?

For an order placed on the Tingly website, check that you are signed in with the email address used at checkout. Keep the order confirmation and order number ready if it is still missing. Registering a product bought from another retailer adds a product record, not that retailer’s order, to your Tingly account. You do not need to place a second order to find the first one.

Account recovery: work through the checks in order

Start with the right account

Check the email address you originally used for Tingly. Look for an order or account message if you are unsure, without forwarding a message containing a sign-in or reset link.

Use recovery when the password is uncertain

Open the password-reset option from your account page. Enter the account email carefully and check for accidental spaces. You do not need to tell anyone the old or new password.

Check the reset message

Look in the inbox and junk folder for the account email address. If more than one reset message arrives, use the most recent and keep its link private.

If access still fails

Note the message shown and whether the difficulty is receiving the reset message, opening its link or signing in afterwards. Try reloading the page and, if available, another browser. Do not turn off security protections or share a reset link to demonstrate the issue. Have the device/browser details ready for an account-access enquiry.

Orders and delivery

Find the right information for an order enquiry without sharing payment details.

Where can I check my order?

For a Tingly website purchase, start with Orders in your account and your order messages. If you bought through another retailer or marketplace, check that seller’s order confirmation and account for the delivery details. Keep the seller’s name, order number and a short description ready when asking about an order. Payment-card details are not needed.

Where can I find delivery tracking?

If you have received a dispatch message containing a tracking link, use that link for the latest carrier information. If you do not have a link or it does not work, have your order number and dispatch message ready when asking for help.

Can I change an address or cancel an order?

Have your order number and the change you need ready for the customer-service team as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s progress; a request is not confirmation that the order has been changed or cancelled. Updating your account address does not alter an existing order.

My delivery is late or says delivered. What information helps?

Check the carrier’s tracking information and any delivery note, safe-place details or collection instructions provided. Make a note of the latest tracking update and what you have checked, then include those details with your order number in your enquiry.

My parcel has arrived damaged or with something missing. What should I do?

Keep the packaging and make a note of what arrived and what appears damaged or missing. A clear photo of the parcel, label or item may help explain the issue. Check photos for unrelated personal information before sharing them. Keep your order number ready and wait for instructions before posting anything back.

Registration and guarantees

Find help with your registration card, product record and guarantee terms. Your product number and private registration code have different jobs.

How do I register my Tingly?

Use the QR code on the registration card supplied with your product, then sign in or create an account. Enter the registration code and purchase details, review the guarantee terms shown for that product, and confirm the registration. Keep your proof of purchase for any future claim.

Is the product number the same as the registration code?

No. The product number identifies the individual product. The registration code is the private code used to add it to your account. Keep the registration code private. After registration, your product number appears in My Products.

Can I register a gift or a product bought from a stockist?

Start with the registration card supplied with the product and select where you got it, including the gift option where appropriate. For a gift, ask the giver for the original purchase date. Check the eligibility and terms shown for the product before confirming. Registration does not restart the guarantee period or add another retailer’s order to your Tingly account.

My card is missing, or my code says the product is already registered. What next?

If the card is missing, keep the product number and purchase details ready for help. If the code is not accepted, check that you entered the private registration code rather than the product number, then look in My Products in case the product is already in your account. If it is still unresolved, note the exact message shown. Keep the registration code private, including in photos or screenshots; it is not needed in an ordinary enquiry.

Where can I find my guarantee dates and terms, or request an ownership transfer?

Open My Products in your account to see the registered product, its guarantee dates and the downloadable guarantee record. For an ownership transfer, have the product number and relevant purchase information ready for support verification. A transfer does not restart the guarantee period.

Registering a product: a step-by-step checklist

Find the card and purchase details

Have the registration card and original purchase date ready. The product number identifies the item; the registration code is the separate private code used to add it to the account. For a gift, ask the giver for the original purchase date where needed.

Use the account you want to keep the record in

Follow the card’s QR code, then sign in or create your Tingly account. Keep the registration code private. Check the selected purchase option and the details you enter before continuing.

Read the product’s terms before confirming

Review the guarantee wording shown for the exact product and save it if useful. Confirm only after checking the details and the terms. The purchase date still determines the start of cover; registering or transferring later does not restart the period.

Keep the saved record

After successful registration, use My Products for the product number, dates and downloadable guarantee record. Keep proof of purchase separately. If the product already appears there, use that entry rather than attempting another registration.

If you cannot complete it

Keep the product number, purchase details and any message shown ready. If the card is missing or the product is already registered elsewhere, the support team will need to check the details. Keep the private code out of enquiries and photos. The guided help on this page never asks you to enter it.

Choosing and caring for products

Use the instructions for your exact product; materials, charging and cleaning needs can differ.

Where should I start when choosing a product?

Browse Tingly Learn for straightforward guides or try Find Your Tingle to explore your preferences. Check each product’s description, materials, dimensions and instructions before deciding. You can ask practical questions without sharing intimate details.

How should I clean and store my product?

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact product and material, including which cleaning products and methods are suitable. Do not assume a product can be immersed in water. Let it dry as directed before storing it, and keep any supplied care information.

How do I check materials and lubricant or accessory compatibility?

Check the exact product’s materials and the manufacturer’s compatibility guidance for the lubricant, cleaner or accessory you want to use. Do not assume that advice for one material or model applies to another. If the guidance is unclear, have both product names ready when asking for help.

My rechargeable product will not charge or switch on. What can I check?

Check the supplied charging and first-use instructions, including the recommended cable, charging connection, charging time and any travel-lock setting. Follow the manufacturer’s checks for your exact model. Do not dismantle the product or improvise with an unsuitable charger; if it appears damaged, stop using it and ask for help.

Charging and switching on: a careful checklist

Start with the condition of the product

If it appears damaged or unsafe, stop using or charging it and ask for help. Keep the product number and any packaging/batch information. Do not take it apart or keep repeating an action to recreate the problem.

Find instructions for the exact model

Find the product’s name or model on its packaging or supplied information, then use the matching charging and first-use instructions. If you cannot find the right instructions, keep those details ready when asking for help rather than guessing a charger or charging time.

Check only what the instructions describe

Follow the stated checks for the cable, connector and charging indication. Use the charging time specified for the model. Check any first-use or travel-lock setting if the instructions include one. Do not assume a model is waterproof or improvise a cable, charger or repair.

Note what happens

Describe what the light, indicator or controls do and which checks from the instructions you completed. Keep the product name or model, any product number and proof of purchase ready. A clear photo of the product or packaging may help; photos or videos of intimate use are not needed.

Know the limit of these checks

If the checks in the instructions do not resolve the issue, stop troubleshooting and keep a note of what happened for support. These general checks cannot confirm the cause, the product’s safety or whether a guarantee claim is covered.

Something isn’t right

Tell us which product you have, what you expected and what happened instead. A practical description is enough to get started; intimate details are not needed.

What should I include when reporting a faulty or broken product?

Include the product name or number, when and where you bought it, what is happening, and which checks from the instructions you have tried. Keep your proof of purchase ready. A photo of the product or packaging can help; intimate photos or videos of use are not needed.

I received the wrong item or option. What should I check?

Compare the item, option and quantity with your order confirmation. Keep the packaging and note any product name or label that differs. Have your order number and a clear description ready before arranging a return; please wait for return instructions.

How do I ask about a return or refund?

Keep the seller’s name, order number and reason ready, including whether the item is unopened, damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. For a Tingly website order, check Tingly’s returns information. For a purchase from another retailer or marketplace, start with that seller’s returns process. A product registration is separate from a return request. Confirm the return instructions and destination before posting anything back; an address on old packaging may not be the right one.

What if I am worried that a product may be damaged or unsafe?

Stop using the product if it appears damaged or unsafe. Keep the product number, packaging and any batch details available so the issue can be identified. Describe what you noticed and when, without taking the product apart or continuing to use it to recreate the problem.

Privacy and discreet help

You can keep a support enquiry practical and comfortable.

Do I need to explain how I use the product?

Usually a practical description of the product, its controls or instructions, and the problem is enough to start. You do not need to share intimate details or send intimate photos. Focus on what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Does registering a product subscribe me to marketing?

No. Product registration does not subscribe you to marketing or change your marketing choices. Registration and guarantee administration are separate from choosing to receive marketing.

What information should I keep out of a support enquiry?

Do not include passwords, sign-in or password-reset links, payment-card numbers, or private registration codes. Only include information relevant to the issue. Check photos and screenshots for other people’s details, open messages or unrelated personal information before sharing them.
